Khanjan villa has been created out of limitations. The land of this villa has an area of 110 square meters. However, the architect prioritizes the feeling of authentic living. Regardless of the small scale of the project, this villa provides a desirable life for the inhabitants. The flow of life takes precedence over other issues. Two bedrooms have been designed in the ground floor and the kitchen and living room has been located in the floor at above, just next to the open space of the swimming pool and outdoor area.
