Our construction department emerged in response to a fundamental problem: the gap between design quality and built quality. Experience showed that even with precise design and ongoing supervision, a project's essence could gradually weaken during construction, as short-term decisions, ease of execution or incorrect interpretations displaced architectural logic. We bring design and construction together within one integrated structure to close this gap.
