Our design process | Kavak Architects
From concept to construction: the project's development through three key stages.
Phase Zero: Initial studies and concept
We define the project's DNA around your needs and the site's potential. This includes a detailed assessment of client requirements, site visits, urban regulations, climate studies and the spatial program. Outputs include three-dimensional concepts and design alternatives that respond intelligently to site conditions and the project budget.
Phase One: Design development and sustainable architecture
Initial ideas are translated into architectural form, with technical and functional aspects developed. We prepare preliminary plans, sections and elevations, professional renderings and the required documentation.
Phase Two: Technical design and construction documentation
The vision becomes a set of construction instructions. We prepare construction drawing packages with precise architectural details, finishes and enlarged space drawings.
